Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their needs and establish individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Deliver one-on-one sessions, maintaining a patient load designed to optimize care while ensuring high-quality outcomes, ideally working with one patient per hour.
• Administer effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Promote patient education in areas such as lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to enhance autonomy in achieving health goals.
• Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and recovery milestones.
• Document patient assessments, treatment, and progress with precision, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
