Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet, featuring cutting-edge technology and a spacious environment that fosters rehabilitation and recovery. Our team consists of dedicated professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all of whom are passionate about patient-centered care and uphold the highest standards in the field of physical therapy.

Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work primarily onsite in our fully equipped rehabilitation center. Your hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure while meeting the needs of our patients. The collaborative atmosphere encourages open communication and teamwork, ensuring all staff members contribute to the overall success of our patients' rehabilitation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a consistent patient load, averaging one patient per hour, to deliver focused, effective treatment.
• Employ evidence-based practices in providing rehabilitation exercises to enhance mobility and function.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and design functional exercise regimens tailored to individual patients.
• Monitor and assess treatment outcomes through regular evaluations, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Promote a holistic approach to patient care by encouraging active participation in fitness and wellness programs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using EMR systems like WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to patient wellness.
• Educate patients on alternative therapies and lifestyle modifications to aid their recovery without over-relying on medications or surgical interventions.
• Provide support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center primarily serves orthopedic patients in need of outpatient physical therapy services. These clients vary in age and activity levels, presenting with diverse conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports injuries. As a part of our team, you'll be instrumental in providing tailored interventions aimed at restoring their movement capabilities and enhancing their active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in California, with no prior disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to continuous learning in physical therapy methodologies.
• Experience in assessing and developing comprehensive treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Skilled in using EMR Software platforms, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement innovative rehabilitation strategies that yield positive patient outcomes.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
