Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique needs and treatment goals.
• Care Management: Manage a patient caseload with an emphasis on quality time; typically, one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention.
• Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific patient concerns.
• Evidence-Based Interventions: Implement proven interventions and manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and enhance functional mobility.
• Patient Motivation: Inspire and motivate patients to engage actively in their rehabilitation journey, fostering a partnership in their care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals with a wide spectrum of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related musculoskeletal issues. With a focus on restoring movement and improving quality of life, you will work with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual, whether they are young athletes or seniors recovering from joint replacements.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record without any history of disciplinary action against your licensure.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and knowledge of rehabilitation strategies.
• Expertise in creating and implementing individualized exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of successfully managing complex patient cases with diverse health challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
