Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and needs of each patient.

• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients dealing with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This includes but is not limited to post-operative orthopedic cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from young athletes to older adults seeking rehabilitation from joint replacements or injury recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Active physical therapist license in California, with a clean record and no sanctions.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic physical therapy practices.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ideally WebPT, for efficient documentation.
• Commitment to staying updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
