Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, customizing approaches based on individual needs and evidence-based practices.
• Implement manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities to facilitate recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and design effective home exercise programs that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations and clinic protocols, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective communication with healthcare providers.
• Engage in regular consultations with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care through collaborative practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Vital Core, you will be working with a diverse and dynamic patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients, and individuals managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain one).
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent educational background that meets the requirements for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
