Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, as you will be visiting patients in their homes for therapy sessions. You will work flexible hours, primarily Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while ensuring our patients receive the care they need during their recovery process. The comfort of the patient's home provides a unique setting for therapy, facilitating a personalized approach that can lead to better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess their physical, functional, and rehabilitative needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and assistive devices according to the prescribed plan of care, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment usage, and self-management techniques to enhance rehabilitation outside of formal therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to prioritize caseloads and coordinate patient care to ensure continuity and quality of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Body Rehab Solutions, you will predominantly work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Our patients include both adults and children, and your expertise will significantly impact their rehabilitation journeys, enabling them to regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates.

Preferred Experience

While no experience is necessary, candidates with prior internships or clinical experiences in home health or outpatient settings will be preferred. Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols for various populations can also give candidates an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
