Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, as you will be visiting patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimes, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapies to facilitate recovery.
• Implement interventions aimed at pain relief and mobility enhancement, empowering patients to achieve maximum independence.
• Document all treatment progress meticulously, adjusting plans and goals based on patient responses and clinical judgement.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and assistive devices, ensuring that caregivers are involved and informed.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
