Work Environment

This role operates in the home care setting, allowing you to provide personalized treatment in the comfort of our patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' mobility challenges and treatment needs.

• Educate and motivate patients on exercises and wellness initiatives that enhance strength, flexibility, and functional mobility.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to meet patients' goals effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
