Our close-knit team comprises two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all of whom are passionate about elevating patient experiences and outcomes.

Work Environment

The role is located onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility in Irvine, California. You will enjoy a collaborative work environment where your insights and expertise will be valued. The facility is designed to promote recovery with dedicated areas for therapy sessions, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness programs. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their specific objectives and requirements in a healthcare setting.
• Manage a caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour to ensure quality care and individualized attention.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapy techniques to enhance clients' movement capabilities.
• Provide cost-effective interventions that reduce the necessity for medications and avoid surgical options where possible, promoting holistic recovery.
• Motivate patients through customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to their unique recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
• Keep precise documentation of services and care provided, monitoring treatment effectiveness and patient progress.
• Evaluate and reassess patients regularly to adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring each patient receives personalized, evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. The clinic focuses on promoting long-term wellness, addressing various conditions such as post-surgery recovery, injuries, chronic pain, and disability prevention. By employing a proactive approach to patient management, we aim to improve our clients' overall quality of life through enhanced strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions taken against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and application.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient practice.
• Familiarity with managing and creating exercise regimens specific to patient needs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically with WebPT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.
