Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. Our facility focuses on orthopedic outpatient care, allowing therapists to work closely with patients on their paths to recovery in a structured yet dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patients' goals, needs, and physical capabilities, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, providing focused, quality treatment plans that address specific conditions and enhance recovery.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities that align with clinical protocols.
• Create comprehensive care plans that include innovative treatment strategies tailored to each patient's unique condition.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress effectively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient care services in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing EMR systems such as WebPT to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and discuss treatment progress.
• Encourage each patient's active participation in their rehabilitation through education on lifestyle changes and self-management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse array of patients who present with orthopedic conditions ranging from joint pain and post-surgery rehabilitation to sports injuries and chronic pain management. You will focus on delivering customized care that empowers patients to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; however, a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Proven track record of maintaining a professional demeanor without any disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques with an ability to apply various treatment modalities effectively.
• Competence in developing and implementing individualized exercise protocols tailored to each patient's needs.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, preferably WebPT, for accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to apply innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Experience in creating educational materials or programs for patients aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and active recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package in the range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 per year, accompanied by a full suite of benefits.
