As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will operate in an orthopedic outpatient practice designed to cater to a diverse clientele. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a work-life balance that supports both personal and professional fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively assess and understand the unique goals and needs of each patient to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
• Provide orthopedic outpatient care that incorporates evidence-based practices for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and develop innovative care plans aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing quality of life.
• Minimize reliance on medications by offering cost-effective treatments and exploring non-surgical alternatives where appropriate.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's specific requirements and lifestyle.
• Deliver compassionate and motivating support throughout the treatment process to encourage patient compliance and empowerment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT to enhance workflow.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in California with no disciplinary actions or board actions against it.

• Experience with developing effective exercise routines for diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT for accurate documentation and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
