Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Optimal Recovery, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, ensuring precise assessment and treatment planning.
• Developing customized treatment plans based on therapeutic goals and the latest clinical guidelines to address conditions in areas like orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Delivering hands-on, skilled therapeutic care using evidence-based practices to facilitate optimal recovery.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families to promote understanding and engagement in the recovery process.
• Achieving minimum utilization and productivity metrics while upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
