Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct extensive assessments to thoroughly understand each client's mental health concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's specific needs, facilitating individual therapy sessions either via teletherapy or in person, as appropriate.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring accurate and prompt documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client population will include diverse individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will also work with clients who may prefer virtual therapy due to location, accessibility challenges, or personal comfort. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or psychologist.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer competitive compensation in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and client caseload. Benefits include:
