Business Development Manager

EgyBell is hiring Business Development Manager for a multinational company. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic relationships with key retail accounts ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business growth Identify qualify and convert new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market engagement Drive market penetration initiatives and contribute to increasing market share across the region Acquire and develop new customers and projects within the MENA market building tailored commercial strategies to meet customer needs Expand the company s presence within the retail sector including shopfitting store concepts interior solutions and related industries Act as the primary point of contact for regional customers ensuring effective account management and ongoing business development Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends Manage the regional product and service portfolio to maximize market coverage and profitability Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and global sales teams to align regional activities with corporate objectives Prepare sales forecasts manage budgets monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development Develop and manage reseller networks across the MENA region ensuring alignment with company standards and growth objectives Represent the company at industry events exhibitions trade fairs and customer meetings Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within a B2B environment. Fluent English communication skills with the ability to negotiate and manage commercial discussions at a professional level. Proven track record in client acquisition, business growth, and account management. Strong network within Egypt, including retail chains, contractors, developers, distributors, or related stakeholders. Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Retail Solutions & Shopfitting, Supermarket Equipment & Trolley Systems, Interior Fit-Out Solutions, Industrial Solutions, Logistics Solutions. Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Highly independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different markets. High willingness to travel frequently within the region as required by business needs. Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with SAP is considered a strong advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
