Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively develop tailored therapy plans to address their specific needs and goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to facilitate effective treatment and measurable progress in clients' lives.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure the highest standards of care are met.

• Participate in ongoing professional education and training opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and include individuals and couples seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
