Lightspeed Restoration is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team based out of Bonne Terre, Missouri .

This position is specifically for someone who already understands the property restoration industry and relationship-based business development . We are looking for a proven relationship builder who can step into the role with an established network, book of business, and existing referral relationships .

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–2+ years of proven business development experience in the restoration industry
• An established book of business and professional network
• Existing relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other industry partners
• A demonstrated ability to generate restoration leads and develop long-term referral relationships
• Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills
• The ability to work independently and manage a territory
• A professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation

This is a performance-driven sales position designed for someone who wants their earning potential tied directly to the business they generate.

The position offers a modest base salary with a competitive, commission-heavy compensation structure . Successful candidates will have significant earning potential based on the relationships they develop and revenue they bring to the company.
