Remote Job File Coordinator (JFC) – Restoration Industry

Location: 100% Remote (Must work Eastern Standard Time / EST)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00/hour (Based on experience)

Bonus: $1,200 Sign-On Bonus!

About the Role

In this key role, you will be the backbone of our file management and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) compliance operations. You will oversee restoration job files from initial intake through final carrier billing, ensuring quality control, adherence to strict guidelines, and seamless communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Job File Management: Maintain, review, and audit job files for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness from job creation to final closing.
  
  
• TPA & Carrier Compliance: Ensure all file documentation, photos, estimates, and moisture logs comply with strict Third-Party Administrator (TPA) requirements and guidelines (e.g., Alacrity, Sedgwick, Westhill, etc.).
  
  
• Data & System Coordination: Update job management software promptly to ensure clear tracking, auditing, and status updates for management and property owners.
  
  
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between field technicians, management, property owners, and insurance adjusters/TPAs to resolve file discrepancies or documentation needs quickly.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Verify all scope notes, line items, and audit requests to minimize rejections and accelerate claim processing times.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience (Required):
  
  
  • Prior experience as a SERVPRO Corporate Job File Coordinator , OR
    
    
    
  • Proven experience as a Job File Coordinator in the Restoration Industry working directly with TPAs (e.g., Alacrity, Sedgwick, Westhill, etc.).
    
    
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of restoration terminology, claims processing, and standard carrier workflow guidelines.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in restoration management software (e.g., Xactimate, DryBook, or similar systems) and standard office productivity suites.
  
  
• Schedule & Time Zone: Ability to work a dedicated Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST .
  
  
• Work Environment: A quiet, professional home office setup free from background noise and distractions with high-speed internet.
  
  
• Key Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective verbal/written communication capabilities.
