Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health and emotional status through interviews, surveys, and diagnostic tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally sensitive and inclusive practices to engage clients effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide appropriate referrals to psychiatrists and other health care providers as necessary.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
