Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our Center, you will take on vital responsibilities that contribute significantly to our clients' recovery journeys. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Group Therapy: You will lead therapeutic group sessions designed to create a supportive atmosphere where clients can share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized counseling services, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Your guidance will include developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans that meet their specific needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with clients, taking into consideration their preferences and specific challenges. This includes setting achievable goals tailored to each client’s unique context.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly track your clients' progress using various assessment tools and outcome measures. You'll be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of treatment approaches, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the greatest possible outcomes.
