Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Starting Point Behavioral Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will conduct engaging group therapy sessions that provide a safe space for clients to share their experiences, foster connections, and gain insights through peer interactions.

• Providing Individual Therapy: You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assist clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings, developing coping strategies, and creating actionable plans for their mental health improvements.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18-30 who are navigating mental health and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC licensure in California is required.
