Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized, empathetic counseling that helps clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and assist in developing effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and ambitions.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to track and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with fellow clinicians, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care that meets each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic that often faces specific mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and self-identity issues. By understanding their unique experiences, you will help guide them towards resilience and recovery within our partially hospitalization program (PHP).

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, with a focus on working with young adults.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a mental health environment with a focus on young adults is highly desired. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and assessment tools is also a plus, as we utilize these to improve client care and track outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
