Key Responsibilities\n

In this vital role, you will:

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients, collaborating closely with families to evaluate their needs and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, designed to help clients meet their individualized service plans.

• Regularly document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments to ensure clear communication of patient care plans to other staff members.
