Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, developing and nurturing rapport to build effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and stability, while facilitating discussions about upcoming appointments and potential discharge scenarios.

• Design, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for all clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client histories and mental health needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and support professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Highland Counseling PC offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
