Accounts payable clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk oversees the timely processing of invoices that are received from vendors for factory-direct orders. Must be able to work 100% Onsite. Schedule 7 am - 3:30 pm. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 plus years of Accounts Payable exp or related field
- Must be computer literate
- Experience writing business correspondence a plus
- Previous SAP and previous experience working in a foodservice and/or distribution environment.
salary: $18 - $18.13 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities •Audit factory direct invoices for correct cost.
•Calculate freight in factory direct invoices.
•Research Sales Departmentt inquiries on FD invoices and freight rates.
•Process FD invoices into the Accounts Payable System.
•Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties.
•Perform other duties as assigned. Skills
