Work Environment\n

This role is set in a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while still maintaining regular office hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, tailoring sessions to the specific emotional and social needs of each client.

• Interview clients to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate client problems diligently while applying appropriate treatments within scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinate and plan programs and activities aimed at fulfilling clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, ensuring effective short-term crisis resolution and timely referrals to community resources.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships characterized by mutual respect and trust, creating a safe environment for clients to express their concerns.
\n
• Assess the effectiveness of treatment services routinely and document findings accurately in client records based on established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date caseload, ensuring all case documentation reflects real-time services provided.

• Provide individual clinical counseling with a focus on behavioral health issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall clinic functions.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, alcoholism, drug dependency, grief, familial issues, and relationship conflicts. Compensation and Benefits\n
