Communication Specialist

Our client is seeking a Communication Specialist to join their team. As a Communication Specialist, you will be part of the Presentation Support team supporting strategic proposal development and presentation creation. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX

What's the Job?

• Create compelling and memorable presentation materials that reflect innovation and customer focus, inspiring audiences to take action

• Lead the creative process by developing engaging animations, digital audio, and video integrations into presentations

• Coordinate internal preparation sessions and debriefs to ensure presentation excellence

• Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless experience for all participants involved in the presentation process

• Support the development of custom pitch strategies and modernize proposal resources to increase finalist success rates

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in strategic presentation development, with a solid understanding of sales cycles and customer engagement strategies

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, including incorporating multimedia content for in-person and virtual presentations

• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles such as composition and layout

• Degree or expertise in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently
