Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that focus on fostering therapeutic alliances and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive intakes and assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and relational backgrounds, allowing for informed intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate emotional support during urgent situations using evidence-based practices to address client's immediate needs.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities to uphold the highest standards of practice.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing access to mental health resources and combating stigma associated with therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT in this role will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. By providing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will work closely with diverse populations, helping clients from various backgrounds navigate their emotional journeys towards healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
