Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify conditions, strengths, and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect personalized goals and address specific mental health concerns.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster client growth and resilience.

• Lead group or family therapy sessions to enhance interpersonal relationships and promote community support.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide integrated care and referral services.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment and technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred for advanced practice.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
