WHO ARE YOU?

The role of Business Development Manager will provide support to, and is accountable for, overall client satisfaction, business planning and development, implementation of sales efforts including coordination and support of the company’s business development and strategy for the marketing and business development functions of PEG. The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to support and implement plans and strategies to lead the sales efforts to prospect and gain new clients by social media posting, networking, calling, attending functions or advertising as means of generating interest from potential clients, and selling PEG’s services to those potential clients. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, and the Business Development Manager will have the responsibility to help develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the company’s markets, the solutions/services the company can provide to new and existing clientele, and strong knowledge of the company’s competitors. Knowledge of and establishing connection with the industry and its leaders, as well as gaining partnerships with key strategic players at a high level in major geographic markets either directly or through local representatives to advance the scale and scope of PEG on a national level.

THE ROLE
