Business Development Manager

We connect skilled IT talent with leading enterprise clients, and we're growing our business development leadership to expand those client relationships. The Role As Business Development Manager, you\'ll own the client-facing side of the business: bringing in new clients, gathering their hiring requirements, and placing our contractors into those roles. You\'ll build and manage relationships with recruiters and hiring managers at major enterprises, and you\'ll manage those accounts over time to drive repeat business. You\'ll report directly to the CEO and own the business decisions that grow revenue. What You\'ll Do Identify and bring in new client companies needing IT contract talent Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers at enterprise clients (e.g., Capital One, Deloitte, and similar) Gather job requirements from clients and translate them into placement opportunities for our contractors Manage and grow existing accounts to secure repeat and expanded business Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with client companies Partner with internal recruiting and training teams to match consultants to open requirements Own key business decisions related to client acquisition and account growth Meet or exceed revenue and placement targets What We\'re Looking For 10+ years of experience in IT consulting and staff augmentation/staffing sales Proven track record bringing in enterprise clients and hitting revenue targets Established relationships with recruiters and hiring managers at large companies (a plus) Moderate, working knowledge across all major IT domains (cloud, data, cybersecurity, software development, infrastructure, etc.) — enough to speak credibly with clients and understand requirements Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Hadiamondstar Software Solutions
