Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities Posting invoices and credits for assigned vendors Reconciling vendor statements Communicating with various departments in a professional manner to resolve discrepancies Communicating with vendors via phone and email to resolve outstanding issues Specific projects and other ad hoc assignments as required Requirements 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Ability to properly apply basic accounting principles when analyzing problems Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks in a high volume environment Attention to detail NetSuite knowledge preferred, but not required Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc) #J-18808-Ljbffr
