Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify client needs, concerns, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy, adapting techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relational therapy to suit each client’s unique needs.

• Provide teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients facing geographical or personal challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in a timely and accurate manner to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training, workshops, and peer consultations to refine therapeutic techniques and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients, with a proven ability to connect and support individuals in various emotional states.
