The Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist supports a high-volume transportation finance department by accurately entering, maintaining, and validating carrier and freight-related information in company systems. Responsibilities
- Enter carrier and freight information into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and update accounts payable and freight records to ensure information remains current and complete.
- Validate data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Support Accounts Payable processes and documentation by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Resolve data discrepancies as assigned, collaborating with internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals in a high-volume environment.
- Follow structured procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in all data entry tasks.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the transportation finance department by reliably completing assigned work on time.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a corporate or professional office setting is beneficial.
- Exposure to Accounts Payable or finance operations is preferred but not required.
- Interest in developing a career in corporate accounting or finance.

Work Environment
This position is fully onsite in a professional office setting. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
