Key Responsibilities\n

• Create tailored treatment plans through comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations that recognize each client’s individual history and needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and effective client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health research, treatment methodologies, and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from individuals experiencing short-term challenges, such as stress management and interpersonal conflicts, to those facing more complex mental health issues, including trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of post-graduate counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 90,000, commensurate with your experience, skills, and qualifications.
