Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, enabling comprehensive care planning.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with SMART goals and specific interventions, revising them as necessary based on client progress.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client stability during critical moments.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, facilitating effective communication within the team.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that focus on skill-building and support, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

Qualifications\n
