JOB DESCRIPTION
· Handle clerical tasks, data entry, and document management.
· Maintain filing systems and ensure audit-ready documentation.
· Prepare operational documents, memos, and reports.
· Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Support procurement, stock control, and inventory management.
· Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
· Coordinate workflow between departments to optimize productivity.
· Receive all service purchase orders in SAP for processing payments and maintain accurate records.
· Receive inventory tickets for raw material.
· Generate end-of-month inventory reports detailing production metrics and financial summaries.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school education required, B.S. degree in Business Administration preferred.· Must know SAP and inventory processes
5+ years in a higher-level administrative capacity
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Proficient in SAP System, required.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Outlook.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Self-starter with a continuous improvement approach.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and follow up on critical issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with professional decorum.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities in a fast-paced culture.
Promote a positive “can-do” attitude in the work environment, emphasizing a “make change happen” approach while reinforcing group policies and providing feedback.
Maintain an open dialog with operations personnel to identify opportunities to improve performance
