This role is a remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while serving vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will perform a variety of duties essential for providing optimal care, including:

• Acting as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure seamless communication and support.

• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and managing utilization to facilitate necessary treatment plans.

• Participating in discharge planning and developing aftercare plans that address clients' continued care needs.

• Offering therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food and counseling clients about nutrition and wellbeing.
