Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video platforms.

• Employing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs to facilitate impactful therapy.

• Developing and implementing effective treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Encouraging clients to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors through guided discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health issues. This population includes individuals facing situational challenges, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role is crucial in guiding them to enhance their quality of life through effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A fully licensed mental health professional, either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no past disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong empathetic focus.

• Proficient in technology and comfortable using virtual communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, experience working in telehealth settings, familiarity with evidence-based therapies, and previous roles in community mental health will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
