Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on comprehensive evaluations, emphasizing evidence-based practice and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Complete necessary documentation, such as billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within required timeframes to ensure compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Develop crisis management plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to facilitate patients' ongoing stability and recovery.
\n
• Design and implement thorough discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition for patients exiting therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Commit to continuous professional development through training and ongoing education to remain current with therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with peers and share insights relevant to patient care.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold professional standards and foster a culture of learning.

Qualifications\n
