This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address their concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other appropriate techniques for individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement and facilitate psychoeducational groups and support groups that empower patients by addressing common mental health challenges and fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies and guiding them through coping strategies.

• Educate patients about mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment options, and community resources available for further assistance.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
