Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule within our established operating hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the majority of your work will be conducted virtually, occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs, ensuring you are available for crucial moments in their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' specific needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to provide coordinated and holistic care tailored to patient requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to stay informed about best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and proficient in deploying evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated capability to execute mental health assessments effectively while formulating practical treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting or with community health services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
