This remote position offers a flexible work schedule with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize assessment tools meticulously to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation leveraging our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring compliance and smooth care transitions.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with clinical leaders to share insights and seek guidance on complex cases.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on evidence-based practices—be it Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches—tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid independent licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least two years of professional experience practicing as a licensed therapist, demonstrating your ability to manage therapeutic interventions independently.
