Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will undertake the following critical responsibilities:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and up-to-date licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs of populations with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong understanding of maintaining professional ethics and patient confidentiality, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, within $115,000 to $130,000 annually. Eligible candidates will also receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 to support their transition into this meaningful role.
