Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Monitor client progress, utilizing assessment tools and methodologies to inform treatment plans and adjustments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrative care for clients with complex needs.

• Facilitate communication and care coordination with other healthcare providers, including assisting in the transition of clients from inpatient facilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing mental health support to a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. While experience with older adults is preferred, your overall skill set will be crucial in addressing the unique challenges of each age group within our community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
