Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns and goals.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and relationships to unlock deeper insights.

• Act as a dedicated client advocate by assisting them in defining personal and therapeutic goals.

• Evaluate clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment methodologies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a client population of stable adults who have been carefully screened to ensure they require low acuity support. This means that you will not be responsible for managing clients with severe mental health issues. Furthermore, client assignments will closely align with your specialties and preferred demographics, providing a tailored and fulfilling counseling experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active, full licensure by the relevant state board (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential for independent practice.

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are permitted.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to show empathy and support to clients.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and documentation is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in virtual or remote counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
