Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing standard assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans employing a variety of tailored therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused interventions.

• Deliver therapeutic services to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, facilitating both group and one-on-one sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
