Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for a range of essential functions, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children from infancy to three years of age.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) aimed at promoting child growth and family support.
\n
• Monitoring developmental outcomes as a key member of the team, adjusting interventions as necessary based on each child's progress.
\n
• Building rapport and fostering a trusting relationship with families to create a supportive learning environment that encourages open communication.
\n
• Utilizing coaching models and Natural Learning Environment Practices to educate families on techniques to enhance their child's development at home.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and family confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on children aged birth to three years who may present with disabilities or developmental delays. The LCSW will interact closely with infants, toddlers, and their families, providing tailored interventions that address physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
