Admin cum Accounts Executive

Manly Foods

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to support our daily operations. This role covers administrative, accounting, and basic operations support to ensure smooth business processes. Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and quotations Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) Handle general office admin tasks and documentation Accounts Duties Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices Assist with e-invoicing and basic bookkeeping Support monthly accounts closing and reporting Operations Support Coordinate goods in/out and assist with stock checks Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners Ad Hoc Assist with simple social media posting (if required) Support other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems Responsible, organised, and able to multitask Good communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Manly Foods
