- Oversee daily field operations and mentor field staff to drive project execution
- Develop and implement site logistics plans to support efficient jobsite performance
- Manage and coordinate all subcontractors including scheduling, sequencing, and scope alignment
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting for impacts and driving solutions
- Perform constructability reviews to identify risks and improve project outcomes
- Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction and manage all required inspections
- Enforce quality control standards to ensure work meets project specifications
- Lead and enforce safety standards across all jobsite activities
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction within a general contractor environment
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M or greater
- OSHA certification required
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Experience with Building Information Modeling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a team oriented, fast paced environment
