We are a venture-backed B2B SaaS company building innovative AI-powered solutions that help commercial teams operate more effectively. Our platform enables organizations to capture valuable business insights, streamline workflows, and make smarter decisions through automation and advanced analytics. About the Role We're looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive with 3–5 years of quota-carrying experience to help accelerate growth in the U.S. market. As a key member of the sales team, you'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape customer outcomes and contribute to company growth. What You’ll Do; Proactively generate and qualify your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach. Lead discovery conversations, engage multiple stakeholders, and manage complex, multi-threaded sales processes. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. Execute "land and expand" strategies by driving account acquisition, onboarding, activation, and growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, clearly articulating business value and solution impact. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting throughout the sales cycle. Contribute to the evolution of the sales playbook and help establish scalable best practices . What We’re Looking For; 4–7 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a demonstrated history of closing deals. Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder and multi-threaded sales cycles. Proven success self-sourcing pipeline and generating opportunities through outbound efforts. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
